WMS putaway issue
Hello:
We're set up within a WMS eabled organization to do standard receipts which require both a receipt & putaway transaction.
Transactions are done in mobile apps. One user normally performs the inital receipt, another user will perform the putaway several minutes later.
Started having a sporadic issue with internal orders where the first user completes the initial receipt and receives the message 'txn success' like normal. However, when the second user attempts the put-away, they receive a message 'No result found'.
Finding corresponding records caught in the Rec transaction interface table where:
Transaction status = 'Error'
Processing status = 'Completed'
Destination type = 'Receiving'
