Is it possible to set warning for new service request by e-mail message?

Hi.

In the Maintenance Management there are a Service Request Inbox page and when anyone send a new Service Request no message are delivered to responsible for serving.





I searching if there are any easy way (or not so easy) to set an e-mail warning to inform if there are a new SR in the service request inbox.


Please share your knowledge.
