Approve button is disabled for all Journal Entries

Dear Community,

I have an issue with Journal Entry approval, in the Journal Entry window the "Approve" button is disable and I cannot approve the JE neither delete it.

I have validated the check box of "Requiere Journal Approval" is checked in the source confirgutaion.

I will really appreciate any advise on this issue.
