Please how can I prevent employee that is under 6 month probation period from hire date from request

I have implemented Absence Management and would like to prevent employee that is under the probation period of 6 Months from the hire date from applying for Absence via SSHR.

Any idea of how I can achieve this will be appreciated from any one.
