Primary & standby database SCN are changed...?

Dear Oracle Experts,

I have implemented oracle data guard in my production environment , both primary and standby database are archived successfully and logs are applied on standby database successfully, only issue is  SCN for both databases are different and also there is 2 minute time difference b/w production and standby database.

I am sure that data guard are configured successfully but why SCN are not sync for both primary and standby.

Kindly clarify this point.
