AWR Analysis

Hi All,

I don't see any direct document for AWR report analysis, Can anyone give a good idea how we can identify the real performance issue using AWR reports. Most of the people are saying load profile, top waitevents and sql, But no one is saying what kind of issue it is how we can dig the issue that they are not telling. If I get this information then this will be very useful to me to identify the where the real issue occurs in environment like DB, Application,OS,network,storage ..etc..
