Transit times in OTM and GOP

OTM calculates Transit time from PCMiler engine. GOP also calculates Transit time. is it possible for OTM to feed the transit time table? I would like to know if GOP/EBS OM gets the input of Transit time from OTM and thereby suggest the dropoff date.
