Does anyone know what would cause a serial number for an item to get 'Locked' preventing from being entered upon shipment?  We recently had a case where our shipping department was trying to ship a serialized item (Serial Control: 'At Sales Order Issue') and when the shipping clerk tried to input the serial number it would not take the serial number that was supposed to be input.  She could input anything but the actual serial number.  After she was told to input an incorrect serial number in order to ship the Item we found out that the Item Number and
