NSC errors for major changes

We're receiving hundreds of errors from NSC  which require us to report the effective end date of a major change.  For example, a student was reported to NSC as enrolled in 2 programs.  They withdraw from program2.   NSC wants to see a row for program2 with a status and an  effective date.  Does the delivered NSC report provide this level of detail?   Are there plans to provide it?
