How can Assignment Manager recognize Service Schedule and Employee Exception Hours?
Hi - I'm looking for a clean way to have Assignment Manager recognize the Service Schedule associated to an Employee and any Exception Hours the Employee may have to prevent them from being assigned when they are unavailable. I've done this in the past with Dynamic Candidate Components with an additional SQL join, but would like an easier way. This client is not using ABS, btw, and we are trying to assign SRs only.
