Why does the General Ledger Report have a fiile name fndwrr_exe when using the Tools>Copy File funct

We have run a series of report in the GL Module (version 12.1.3).  When we run the Account Analysis Report 180 characterse (for example) and use the Tools>Copy File functionality, when we go to sane the file it has a file name "Account_Analysis____180_CHAR_MMDDYY", with a file extension of ".txt".   The output is ontl 3 pages.

For the Detail Trial Balance Report (2,434 pages), when we go to save the output file, the file name is "FNDWRR_exe" with a file extension of ".mht".  We experience the same functionality when we run the General Ledger (132 character) Report.  Is there any documentation on when the output is dispalyed as text and when it is displayed as ".mht"?
