Timecard corrections with group plan DBA's

Hello,

I am on 9.0.2 and I had a bug with Oracle for my issue but they closed it and said I should be using timecard corrections module.  I do not know what that is or how it functions.  Here is my issue, I will use an example, we have a certified job that is set up with group plan DBA for the fringe table and we discover we have the wrong table attached and the fringe is different or even if it was the wrong job completely.  If I go in and do negative and positive transactions to back out
