Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can you please provide some more details about the follwoing

When we will use Availability Check, Rule Based Planning

Availability Check: The system considers the total on-hand availability of an
item when performing fulfillment and labor planning. It does not consider
existing low-level reservations.
Rule Based Planning: The system runs a simulation of the material allocation
process and simulates the WMS rules engine to determine planned fill rate. If
you select rule based planning, then crossdocking criteria will also be
considered in planning
