JDE Eone Tools 9.1.5.5 on windows 2012R2 - Could not stop Service - Could not deploye - processes re

Hi,
i have just installed JDE EOne 9.1 with tools 9.1.5.5 on Windows 2012 R2
Service JDE and Server Manager is setup to be started ith an administrator user.

Service EOne starting correctly from Server Manager and directly on server.

But when trying to stopping it i on the server have message saying that windows could not stop it from timely fashion.
The jdesnet.exe processed is stopped but all processes jdenet_n and jdenet_k remains running.

Issue also when trying to deploy a full package :  R98825D is rending error 34 could not lock/unlock

I have V2010SP1 installed on my enterprise server with redistributable 32 and 64 bits
