Is it possible to download a PeopleSoft Update Image directly from OVM Manager ?

Is it possible to download a PeopleSoft Update Image directly from OVM Manager ?

We are using OVM Server 3.3.3 and OVM Manager 3.3.3 and I would like to download the latest HR 9.2 Update 13 in an OVM Repository.

From what I uderstand I should choose "Assemblies" (instead of VM Templates), but how do write URL for "VM Assembly download location" ?

Note: it's possible to provide a proxy.
