Create Accounting ignoring ADR rule that is using a mapping set

Hi

I have a mapping set that uses the value set GMF_ORGANIZATIONS. Based upon the input value of 'ELM' it must derive the output value 745.

The ADR is set to value type Mapping set with an input source of Organization Identifier

So in essence my organization is ELM that has an organization id of 1504 and everytime I do a RMA in order management it should change to site value (segment 2 of the account flex) to that of 745.

However it does not... It is ignoring this rule.

Can anyone please advise why this may be.
