Hello Experts,

The WIP transaction hit "Overhead absorption" account while perform WIP completion transaction. Need to analyze why this account entry is generated.

Questions -

Functionality of Overhead absorption

Where we can check Overhead absorption setups?

We know that it is being hit when we carry out Assembly Completion transaction. But it is not hit under all circumstances in all WIP Jobs for different assemblies. What are the scenarios when this a/c is hit?

Can this be related to some item(or item setup) included in the BOM?
