How can I enter the commitment value in P6?

I want to enter the commitment value and automatically calculate the remaining budget.

I need this field at the task and project level. I've tried to use UDFs but I cannot link the UDF task level with UDF project level through global change function.

In addition, I want to enter the invoiced in "Actual Cost", so I will have the Budgeted, Commitment, Rem Budget and Actual Cost.

Please advise if this request was previously solved.

I mention that I do not have Primavera Contract Management application.
