Faculty Re-appointment Process - How do institutions handle this function?

Good morning,

This question is for Higher Ed institutions using EBS.

Our provost would like to streamline our process for faculty re-appointment (and other processing related to faculty). Each school at Ithaca College is doing things differently, using spreadsheets and the like to accomplish this task.

Is anyone using EBS to handle this process?  If so, can you describe which features of EBS are being used.

If not - can you share your solution?
