Incorrect version on database apgdfalb.pls

I am currently applying the undo accounting datafix which i have tested in development and uat however when i move to production i am getting the error below.

From Various notes I have read and based on the checks i've done the version of apgdfalb.pls is not the same on the unix and database.

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called:

"APPS.AP_ACCTG_DATA_FIX_PKG"

ORA-06512: at line 283
