Error updating workplan quantity on task resource

Hello,

We are getting an error when updating the workplan quantity on one specific resource for a task.  We click the Save or Apply button, and get the Error Page.  The error details report the following:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_FP_PLANNING_TRANSACTION_PUB", line 8130

ORA-06512: at line 1

Task Details - /oracle/apps/pa/structure/webui/StructTaskdetPG 120.6.12010000.4


This is the only resource we know of with this error.  We cannot recreate it in non-production, and do not have a clone with this issue, so we cannot raise an SR at this time.
