How in ASCP 12.1.3.9.1 do I know that an ASCP MRP plan is running and when it completes?

We need to know if there is a plan actively running, as well date and time stamp when the ASCP MRP plan has completed ALL it's spawned programs, not just the snapshots.

Where do we find this in ASCP version 12.1.3.9.1?
