One specific concurrent request is getting erored out submitted from a specic single user

We have customized a report for supplier transaction, able to submit and get the output from all  responsibilities  (for which report assigned) and users,  except one user. What may be the reasons for that single user. That specific user able to run and generate outputs for  all other reports with out any issue.
