Error26 - Showing insufficient access to ledger or segment value

Hi,

We have upgraded our Oracle Instance from 12.0.6 to 12.2.4.

We have two ledgers one for Factory and one for Sales branches.

After upgrade few of my Business user's are getting error while posting entries from sub ledger(AP & AR)  to General Leger 'Error26 - Showing insufficient access to ledger or segment value'.

When I have checked their access they are having full access to ledger.

Can you please let me know is there any other access/role also need to be given in Oracle - 12.2.4 for posting entries.
