Question on configuration steps running configtool.sh

We are updating the server name and sid for the shared services database.I renamed the reg.properties file and ran the the configtool.sh and selected connect to existing shared services database.  On the config step should I uncheck all of the items or leave them as is and select the next step. Please see attached image.  I'm worried about updating the existing installed services.  Thanks
