Read Only Communication Tab in Customer OAF Form need Help

Hello,

I am a newbie to OAF Form Personilisation.

I need help in Personalising Customer OAF Form.

I need to make the Communication TAB in Customer Entry form Read only for Order Management Super User i.e Responsibility level.

Please need help on this how to approach for this stepwise.

If I make the Page: /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/acctoview/webui/AcctOviewPG  (Communication Tab OAF Page)  read-only at Responsibility Level.How to approach for it?

Its urgently needed in Project
