9.2 Expenses - issues when tried to open existing reports getting message as - Fetching array elemen

There were many reports were created and some were and some in PND status.

Recently we have modified the existing workflow and implemented workflow with changes for prepaids with "All Approvers Required" radio button checked.

Users can create NEW expense report and can view the report and also any prior reports with PND status BUT, not able to view earlier reports that were paid and irrespective of the status of the reports prior to implementing the above mentioned workflow changes.

When tried to view the expense reports prior to workflow changes getting the following message:

Fetching array element 0: index is not in range 1 to 7. (180,252)
