Can we Implement EIB or Asset tracking for existing Inventory organization items

Hi Folks,

Can we Implement EIB or Asset tracking for existing Inventory organization items

We have following INV org's.

IN1, IN4, IN5, IN6 :- all these organizations level we have items

Ex:- Item1, Item 2, Item 3, all these are IB trackable in all Inventory organizations, now we are planing to implement EIB for IN6 organization alone, is it possible? if not what will be the workaround.
