I need to upgrade Tools Release from 8.96.40 to 8.98 because I want to implement BI Publisher.

1. What are the steps involved ?

2. Can I do it myself (I am techno-functional)? Or need to be with a CNC person.

3. What is the expected downtime for the upgrade ?
