Unable to implement Accounting KFF in custom webadi

I am trying to implement KFF in a custom webadi but i am not able to succeed with BNE_INTEGRATOR_UTILS.CREATE_CCID_KFF...

i dont see the KFF LOV after creating document.

is there an additional step i need to do? im on r12.1.3

i referred to a couple of discussions in this community with "working" updates but i am not able to implement successfully with any of those inputs..

can someone help me wiht the exact steps and a sample api.?
