Dont see the FDM 5 components listed

I have installed FDM and FDMEE with HFM adm driver on the server. It has other components like Essbase and planning installed on the same server as well.

It started to throw an error message in the Event viewer like :

"Unable to create Load Balance Manager object!

Configuration directory could not be located.

Error=-2147221164 - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {E652643D-6CC1-48AC-915D-01842B04F292} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

Source=TaskManagerService -    at TaskManagerService.TaskItem.fGetConfigFolder()"

When I try to check the CLSID in the dcom config, it doesnt show up.
