Is it possible to insert IF condition in a data column in HFR

Hi Experts,

Can you please let me know is it possible to add "IF" condition on a data column for scenario dimension member?

For example I have two columns. A & B. In column A i have scenario as "promt" to two members (Target & Plan). In B column I wanted to add a function based on selection of Column A. The function should be like this-- If Scenario member in Column A is equal to "Target" it should select "Actual" scenario as member in column B or if scenario member in column A is equal to "Plan" it should select "Budget" as scenario member in column B.
