How to change the structure of an existing partitioned hierarchy

Hi,

we have a partitioned LOC hierarchy with the following structure in our domain:

WORLD (created in the config tools)

     REGION (partitioned dimension)

          COUNTRY

               STORE

Our customer asked to us to add a new dimension below the REGION; aware that RPAS does not allow the adding of new dimensions on partioned hierarchies, we are trying to re-use the WORLD dimension and move it below the REGION.

It is possible to do that without a full re-build of the domain?
