Signon Password Custom - Document 362663.1

Hi All - I have been trying to open Support note 362663.1 to refer to the steps provided for customizing the Signon Password Profile but I keep getting Document Cannot be Displayed error. Does anyone have the text of the note that they can post as reply? I do have the steps from other sources but wanted to check this official note as well before proceeding with development. Not sure if the document is being modified but I haven't had any luck opening it since at least last week.
