Standard PO Email Subject and Content can be customized?

Hello All,

We are using the Oracle Applications R12.1.3 and we have client requirement as below:

When the PO is approved the, PO document is been sent to the Supplier via email with the subject as "FW: <<Operating Unit Name>> - Standard Purchase Order <<PO Number>>, <<PO Version>>.

Shall we change the <<Operating Unit name>> in the subject to a Custom one?

Also shall we have the Custom message in the email contents?
