Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. E-Business Tax (MOSC)

I am getting this error when I apply a user defined transaction input to apply taxes. (test instance)

The process previously worked, but stopped working once folks started messing with the COA and validations.

I have checked the setup in Ebtax and it looks ok to me. Taxes work for item setup tax categories (with items assigned appropriately).

The user transaction is also working in Payables. The tax rules are not setup for a specific application.

Any ideas where I might look for a resolution?
