In 12.2.4 newly created projects does not show the workplan / Financial/ control tabs. Only showing

In 12.2.4 created a new project from template, Template is having all the required setups for workplan, financial plan and delioverables. But the project does not show the those tabs, only showing Project and Reporting tab. Is there any access level setup required?
