FSG - Reports not complete

Dear Gurus,

I have face a  unique issue in my client, when user A run the report set (16 Report Set) so its execution was normal & successfuly complete but when user B run the same report set (16 Report set) so its not complete untill after 3 days its was still in running phase.

What was the issue with user B although both users having same responsibilities ....
