R31802A Is Not Creating IC Journal entry for specific Co/By Products items

I'm running report R31802A to record completions on variety of work orders and Co/By products items, it is working successfully for all items except one item where the system gives an error with cache initialization, creates IH jounal entries and not IC journal entries.

Is there any value defined on the item master or item branch/plant or branch/plant constants that reltes to creating IC for that item or not when running R31802A for the work order that holds it as a Co product.
