Issue with Web Applet in IE

Dear all,

I have started facing an usual problem after R29. I have a Web Applet under Contact object which works fine with Compatibility Mode however Oracle stopped supporting Compatibility Mode from R29. So if I remove Compatibility Mode then Web Applet doesn't work and if I don't remove Compatibility Mode then CRM Inline Edit don't work. Issue happens only with IE; Web Applet works fine with Chrome.

Can anyone suggest on this.
