Updating Account via List Import

Hi.


Enviroment: Siebel 8.1.1.11 SIA


Goal: mass updating Accounts via CSV file import. Field for math is custom field with unique account code.


We tried to update Account with Math Field = Id. It works fine.

Then we tried to update Account with math Field = <custom field> it doesnt work.

Then we tried to update Account with math Field = standard field but not Id. It doesnt work agiain.


We have found article on Oracle Support: List Import 8.1.1 : Unable to update existing Account (Doc ID 970786.1).


Now we have questions:

1) updating Account via List Import doesnt work in 8.1.1.11 at all (except updating by Id)?
