Advance payment scenario in Tele Service

Hi,

We are using Oracle Teleservice and Field service for Inhouse Repairs in a Service Center.

Customer needs advance payment scenario. When the Customer comes for service for the product, he pays some advance. How should we handle this ?

I checked but there isn't any Standard scenario which takes care of it. What do you suggest?
