Hover Text not viewable on E1 Page for Watchlist

When you add an app or ube to an E1 page you're able to view the entire title, and when you hover over the item on the page you see the description.

When you add a watchlist  to a page, it does not display the entire description. When you hover over the item on the E1 page, you 'cannot' view the entire description. Why?

I'm on 9.1

Hovering over watchlist on page, you cannot view entire descriptive. Title should show as Credit Orders Waiting Approval - Hauppauge
