BI publisher in cloud : search for LOV parameter not working

Folks,

I am using BI publisher in the cloud (as part of cloud ERP).  When I create a parameter based on an LOV, the LOV works but clicking on the "search" link does not pop up a window where I can search for other values.  Please see screen shot below.   Anyone else seen this behavior before ? is it a bug ? I also cleared the browser cache as well as the object cache under Administration/Manage BI Publisher./Manage Cache. No luck.

Using Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.7.27
