AR unposted Items Report

I am unable to close period because of unposted items. However, when I queried these transactions from the application, I do see View Accounting and they have been transferred to GL.

We are encountering this issue every month and in the past, client have been opening an SR to get a data fix. Seems like the event id is not populated.

I would like to understand the cause of this issue....Is this a bug in create accounting program or unposted items report or something in our configuration....
