Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC)

Oracle Linux 6 and VirtualBox 5

I have a server with Oracle Linux 6. 

I have installed VirtualBox from  Oracle Public YUM.

I have downloaded OracleLinux65.ova from Oracle.

When I try and start the Virtual Machine I receive and error (see below).

What am I missing?

Error Message:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Oracle Virtual Sysadmin Days.

The virtual machine 'Oracle Virtual Sysadmin Days' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)
