Get current status of agent in genesys

Hi All!

Anybody know how we can to get current status of agent in genesys?

When come EventReleased, agent has some seconds to warp up (settings in genesys). How we can to know that Wrap Up time has completed at this moment?

I haven't found command to invoke in Communication Client.
