How are you handling 2015 1099 if you are on jde World between versions 7.3 C 4 and 16

We are on version 7.3 C11.


Last year (2014) end we got lucky and there were no changes/updates to the 1099 process or forms.  However, that may not be the case for 2015.  I am asking because, based on information I received in December last year, users in the group will not receive any more updates.  Also based on searching in knowledge I found conflicting information - one doc says if you get Premier Support (starting 2/14) you will get an update for 2 years and another doc says those of us on sustaining support can't get premier support.

Not sure which is correct.  Has anyone started planning for year end 2015?
