Siebel 15 web server support for - IIS 10.0

Hello,

I installed Siebel 15 on Windows 10. It looks the with Siebel everything is ok however the thin client isn't working.
IIS is processing requests however there aren't any logs at "eappweb\log". I think that the requests aren't received by Siebel from IIS.

Windows 10 has IIS 10. I tried to search web server support at My Oracle Support however I didn't find that information.
Maybe someone knows the answer or where could be the issue?
