Users are in both Preparer and Reviewer Group

Hi,

We are in UAT after upgrading from 11.1.2.3.500 to 11.1.2.4 and some users are not able to enter transactions anymore. This seems to be the case if a user has both the Preparer and Reviewer role and the user is a member of both the Preparer and Reviewer group. Here's an example:

User A is a member of AR_Global_Preparer and AR_Global_Reviewer (these are Shared Services groups, not Teams)

Reconciliation 123 has Preparer defined as AR_Global_Preparer and Reviewer defined as AR_Global_Reviewer.

User A cannot enter transactions for reconciliation 123.

Is this a new feature in 11.1.2.4? (Users were able to enter transactions with this setup in 11.1.2.3).
